France 2 W9 absent from TNTSAT: explanations and solutions

Following a safety measure enabled on the HD channels, France 2 and W9 (SD) of TNT offers free satellite TNTSAT, some satellite receivers display an error message like "Chain" option, a sign prohibiting or only a black screen while the card is present and TNTSAT valid. This is due to the fact that your terminal TNTSAT has not yet made the automatic update satellite necessary due to the new security measure.
You must power cycle your TNTSAT receiver and wait it will automatically offer you the update that has been downloaded by satellite.
Caution: Do not unplug your receiver TNTSAT during the update, it may make it unusable.
OPTEX currently broadcasts updates its receptors ( see our article ).
STRONG also provides updates that here is the satellite broadcast schedule:

• SRT6415 / TCT1400 / THS800 / SRT 6410 / SRT7400 / HD GENIUS: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday week PAIR
• SRT6415 / TCT1400 / THS800 / SRT 6410 / SRT7400 / GENIUS HD / SRT7415 / TSR400: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday ODD weeks.

TONNA also announced updates to satellite (terminals in version 1.20 are not affected):

• Updated satellite broadcast on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of each week.

If your receiver is another brand that you no longer receive and France 2 W9 TNTSAT, check the manufacturer's website or contact customer service or your antenna repairman
